A Texas native, discovered his passion for wine while living in New Orleans. He is a San Francisco based wine & spirits professional specializing in wine and spirits education, program management and wine list consulting. Zach holds the Diploma in Wine & Spirits and is a Certified Educator for the Wine & Spirit Education Trust, as well as a Certified Wine Educator with Society of Wine Educators. Zach has had the privilege of working alongside top experts in the industry and is a highly respected wine and spirits professional.
ALEXANDRA PACE, CSW, WSET CERTIFIED
Originally from New York and New Jersey, Alexandra Pace went on to earn a degree in Sociology from Tulane University. Living and working in New Orleans evoked in her a deep, enthusiastic appreciation for food, wine, cooking, and dining. Alexandra specializes in financial operations, marketing, and food & wine education, specifically nutritional and cultural issues as well as food and wine paring. Alexandra has completed the Certified Specialist of Wine Certificate through the Society of Wine Educators, and holds both the Intermediate and Advanced Certificate in Wine and Spirits through the Wine and Spirit Education Trust.
